Native Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in the Boise area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Native Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

  We’ve had our solar now for about a little over 3 years. Our installation was terrible, took them a long time and they left a lot of trash all over our yard. Bob was our guy and was great and took care of a lot for us the best he could. Our inverter went out in the first year and was taken care of quickly and now in our third year our inverter went out again and has been out and haven’t had solar for the last month and a half and have been paying full amount of energy bill and paying for our loan. Also was told our bill would be around $10-20 month which was a lie and we even got extra panels

  I paid 30k for a system that saves me anywhere from $15-50 per month. I was told this is Idaho Power’s fault with the way reimbursement works. But even if that is the case, I was bamboozled into spending a lot of money with the idea that we would be close to net zero. We are nowhere close to that. I regret buying solar from here.

  Was deceived through this entire process. Was shown a chart and told 30% would come back on taxes or could be applied to the payments so they would not go up after 18 months. This is NOT true. It is that you have the choice to pay them after you get your tax refund. Mine is only $1,000 on a $100,000 loan. So therefore my payments are going to double in a few months. Something I explained to the salesman I would not be able to do. I was very upfront about all of this and feel deceived and stuck in a huge financial hardship. I was also told the new tax laws would not effect the benefits... Anoth

  Kaden is the best representative for your company! Kaden helped me with tech, questions, made sure I understood everything! He is generous with his time and extremely pleasant to be around! Not many salespeople take the time to help senior citizens with technical thing on their phone and are a delight to be around when explaining things! I have recommended him to my friends and told them if they need solar to please contact him! Please be sure to tell him he was greatly appreciated by me. Thank you Paulette Scherr

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Facebook and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.
