Sun Driven Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in Boise whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Sun Driven Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Another awful Door-to-Door Sales organization that has left dozens of customers stranded after closing it's doors. We are learning that this company didn't even pull permits for some of thier work. Companies like this make the whole industry look bad. Good riddance...

Do not call. Misled and liars. I listened to the presentation. Should have said No. But was told you will see a huge difference on your power bill. You will get 8k from the government; use that to pay down your bill. What I got. $102 payment for the next 20 years. Not enough panels, generating $8-10 off bill. Called a few times about coming back to assess the situation. Asked about the rebate paperwork. No calls, no service. Again, Do not call.

Your installer got put all the his boxes from his truck in our recycling bin. Now it's very full and we're a week away from when the recycle bin is picked up. Not happy.

The Sun Driven guys who installed my new solar battery did excellent work. Also, the app that goes with it shows in real time how much power is being produced by the solar panels, how much power is being consumed, how much power is going to & from the solar battery, and how much power is being exported to & imported from the grid.

Cesar took the time to explain the process of the new battery system and assisted in downloading it to our iPhone. He was very professional. We are quite pleased with how it turned out. Thank you Sun Driven and especially Cesar.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
