    NO STARS FOR EMPOWER! June 15th update-BEWARE! I appreciate all Statler at Empower tried to do for me, but to date the battery storage system is still sitting here NOT ON. My yard and sidewalk are still not fixed. Statler directed me to to Josh to get my yard fixed and get this turned on. Josh made alot of promises but did not follow thru. He stopped responding to my calls. I was able to speak to Melissa and she had me send the attached pics to her and she would present them to the service department. The same pics that Josh received. She is not getting anything done either. I continue to call

    They were very unresponsive. A 3 month project took nine months. The system has yet to be energized. I recieved equipment with no explanation and have not been helped setting up my online app.

    Wow--just got the hardest sell I've experienced in quite a while. Door to door for EmPower Solar home battery backup system (we do have solar panel from another company). After my polite refusals, he would NOT stop or leave until I said, "I said no--now I want you to leave" and closed the door. I was firm but polite throughout, but it was highly unpleasant.

    The crew that installed was good but they made one error. It took over 2 weeks to get someone who could help get it resolved. Now the power company came and passed everything so I could go on line. I followed the directions sent to me but I am lacking one light that suppose to be on. I been trying to get ahold of someone to check it out but no response. My biggest complaint is communication is very poor. And we would like to get information to monitor the system but again no response.

    Great job on everything. Very quick to get project moving quickly and efficiently. Incredibly professional with all the way everything was streamlined through out the process. Thank you for a stress free experience!

    8/18 tune-up. Brandon is thorough, professional, and real. Listened to our needs, asked what we wanted, have us the report and info and left it at that. Signed up for the annual service because of him and the value. Thanks Brandon. And GO DBACKS, Beat LA!
