Its one and two star share is 70 points above the typical installer in California. Across California, 23 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 17 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

My solar system with Enphase Energy stopped reporting production to PSEG Long Island in July 2025. I only discovered it in January after getting very high electric bills. Enphase says they sent emails, but they went to my junk folder — no phone call or direct alert. I had to pay $450 out of pocket to replace the gateway just over 5 years into ownership. I was told the system would upload past production data after repair. That never happened — only current data shows. Now I’m left with higher bills, missing production data, and no resolution. Not what you expect from a system marketed as a lon

This company is deceptive and operates like scammers. They contacted me claiming they “work with SolarEdge” and had detected a technical deficiency with my solar panels. They said they needed to come out to fix it at no cost, as part of a service through their “partner” relationship with SolarEdge. Two people showed up dressed like electrical technicians. They said they needed to “inspect the system” and asked to enter my garage. I agreed only to the garage. They went into the garage, didn’t actually inspect anything, and then walked straight into my house without being invited. They sat in my

Enphase does not stand behind their products and passes costs onto customers that should have lasted longer: sold system with 3G modem that phased out 1.5 years into a 5yr cellular contract and then wanted to charge for an upgrade to the modem in order to stay connected to the prepaid 5yr plan. Classic used car salesman bait and switch, and/or screwing over their customer, not standing behind their product.

Have installed 2 systems over 7 years. Both performing flawlessly. Can’t wait to see what’s next…but don’t expect Tesla-like innovation.

We having be selling, installing and servicing Enphase Microinverters for 7 years now. I love the company and how the inverters streamline our installation process. We have nothing but great dealings with Enphase!

I love Enphase. Look at the engineering and simplicity of the micro inverters, and watch for the new battery in August of 2017. This battery is the future, and Enphase is part of that.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
