Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Ohio. Across Ohio, 49 of the 113 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 3 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I am proud to share our experience with Envirosol and James Mast and his crew. We were tired of paying high electric bills and decided to get 27 solar panels a couple years ago. It was an excellent decision! Utility costs continue to rise - while our electric bills is a fraction of what it used to be. We so are impressed with James and his guys and the way they have taken care of our solar installation and all of our questions. We highly recommend Envirosol and encourage everyone to contact them and see for themselves what real customer service looks like today. Give them a call and start sayi

They installed my 30kw solar array and 122kwh battery pack in 2 days! The whole experience was super professional and quick! Thank you James and the team for getting us off-grid! Now we just need a lot of Sunshine🌞 ! …

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
