I had a prepaid service contract for my A/C and Furnace. I made an appointment 2 months ago for my A/C to be checked. My appointment was for Friday, 5/26/23. Their office called me on Wednesday, 5/24/23, asking if they could reschedule me because they had a LONG TIME customer needing service. The parts for their LONG TIME customers A/C were coming in on Friday and they did not want this LONG TIME customer to be without air conditioning. The first appointment available was 2 weeks away. I told them I needed to keep my appointment since my A/C is not working either and I had arranged time off wo

Had gentleman out. Heat was not working. He blew my transformer on my heat unit and then charged me to replace it. Called company about it and ask for a refund for item her blew, no refund given. Now, went to turn my air on and it doesn't work. Most likely due to something he blew when he blew my transformer.

TLDR: The company was recently bought out by A1 Mechanical, so be sure to check recent reviews and not the old ones they're still riding on. They're expensive - I personally feel he intentionally overcharged us. When I asked about the breakdown he skirted the question which was even worse as far as trust. He had good customer service and did the job, but the pricing did not feel honest or reasonable. --- Much better service than other companies I called - starting with my phone call answered by a real person and not a robot pretending to be a person. They came out same day (initially scheduled

I would highly recommend Outstanding Heating and Cooling. My older gas furnace was short cycling in one of the coldest days this winter. I was so worried it was failing. Outstanding came out and said everything was fine and then ask to see my furnace filters. Come to find out, my very pricey anti pollen filter was not allowing any cold air return and furnace was over heating. It was a relief and he replaced the filter with just a cheap less dense filter and it’s worked fine through the entire brutally cold winter. I feel I can trust Outstanding with my HVAC needs. They do not try and sell me w

Outstanding came to the rescue with little notice and very very fair cost for a no heat situation at a shopping center. We will be calling them again!

We had an HVAC install after our unit failed during an extreme cold weather event. Eddie was courteous and responsive, and the turnaround on the install was fast.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
