    Blue raven finished the installation 2 MONTHS or 59 DAYS or 1416 HOURS or 84,960 MINUTES ago. And they still don’t have it ready to turn on yet. Update after 4 months of using the enlighten app says that the panels production is then than the threshold set by the installer. And I’ve made 4 monthly payments the loan that they are supposed to repay me for the first 18 months and I’ve only received 2 payments reimburse from them as of right now when I ask the sales guy about it days ago now. No update from him yet New update. In 2 days I’ll make payment for month 15 and I’ve only received 9/18 mo

    Whatever you do don’t let your family buy from this company. My elderly parents have their system and got hail damage this April. We have been waiting months for service while supervisors at Blue Raven make smart remarks to my parents and tell them they don’t know when they can remove the solar after taking their money for the removal service. They have water coming into their home and told my parents they need to prioritize new installations instead of helping previous customers with emergency storm damage. They even turned off the phone line my parents were using as a point of contact after

    What an absolute joke of a company. I'm a roofing contractor and am currently in the process of helping one of their customers schedule a detatch/reset so we can do their roof and the customer service side of things is nothing but a collection of vague,meaningless answers and redirection to avoid blame. When asked to provide a date for the removal they've repeatedly responded with "we just have to squeeze you in because we're so busy" with no open dates for the foreseeable future. I'm a contractor so I understand being scheduled out but I'm also aware of when we CAN facilitate jobs. If you're

    The whole solar experience started out wonderfully, but has since gone a bit sour. A new panel has been malfunctioning for about 4 months now and I seem to go round and round with repair crews. Just had the 5 time they were to come to fix it after there was much confusion over how to complete repair. Once again, no technician has appeared. Meanwhile I hear from neighbors how proactive their solar companies are at noticing problems and fixing them. I don't think I can recommend BR to anyone at this point.     Blue Raven is an awesome company to work with. Ryan, the salesman was professional and thoroughly explained each step of the process. Brogan, Daniel and Josh were on time and installed the complete solar system in a day as promised. Molly the scheduling person made sure we were informed of every step of the process.
