    The initial service was great, and the product is excellent. However, when it came time to install, they dropped the ball and stood my husband and me up TWICE. First, we were expecting them to come out on the scheduled week of December 6, but they never reached out to confirm. So I reached out to Kokosing to make sure we were still on the schedule, and they told me we were pushed back a week but Adam, the project manager, would be reaching out to us with more specifics. He finally reached out to us and stated they would be starting work on Monday, December 16. So Monday morning came and we nev

    My solar system is up and running and so far I am very happy. Drew Bialko was my sales person and he is fabulous. He is very responsive and informed. I also had a great experience with Cathy Gielty and Christina Gingerich with financial issues. The day to day workers installing the system were hard working and cared about their work. They did a nice job. Very professional. I was not happy with Adam Brown my project manager. He first showed up at my house unprepared to lay out the site for the panels. Once were got through that I had mowed the site for the panel placement. Well AEP had an issue

    My search for solar led me to Kokosing. I knew I wanted to go solar because of all the climate science reports. The basic truths of the importance of renewables is available to everyone. I am so very grateful to have been able to find a solar installation company who provided the answers to my many questions. They always took the time to make me feel that they did welcome my questions. The installation workers were very efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I am grateful for all the follow-up paperwork they have provided. Also, they were helpful in making sure I was able to follow my solar connec
