Erus Energy

Every company we hold in South Carolina whose Google breakdown has been read, grouped by their share of one and two star reviews. Erus Energy is in the highlighted group.

My husband and I had Erus install solar panels on our brand new home in 2017. Fast forward to this month when we had a very heavy rainstorm and noticed water dripping down from a can light in our kitchen. Upon climbing through the attic we discovered the source of the leak to be a lag bolt from the solar panels which was improperly placed and missed the truss. It is very difficult to get in contact with anyone at Erus. We were finally told that Erus will not cover the cost of repairs as the warranty on their work only applies for two years. We are naturally very dissatisfied with that response

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible company. Signed contract with Erus Energy on 8/11/18. Installation began on 9/27/18. Did not complete installation and have not been back to finish. Installers did not have complete package of contents included in contract. I have sent emails to Brady, Torres, Caroballo, Cortinas, and others, only to get pawned off to someone else without any resolution to fulfilling their part of the signed contract.. Effective communication is non existent at Erus Energy. Installers are supposed to be here tomorrow, 10/2/18, to finish. Stay tuned. Very unhappy customer. Ken Broz,

Sales person answered all my questions with knowledge and forethought. I was treated with great respect and not pushed into making a quick decision. Highly recommend Erus Energy.

Prompt, Professional and Polite. Thoroughly explained products and options without the hassling pitch.

Very nice, very informative, great information and products.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
