Its one and two star share is 12 points above the typical installer in Missouri. Across Missouri, 29 of the 114 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 8 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Communicated with Kevin on Sept 25th about being put on his calendar to hook up my solar. We arranged for him to come out on October 8th. Texted him on the 7th and asked what time he would be out the next day. Got this text the morning of the 8th: Sorry, I can't make it today. I have a lot of paid jobs that I can't pull away from right now. So if you have to find someone else, I will understand. If you want to wait, I will get to you as soon as I can. But I am booked up for October and November. I took the day off of work to be here. Thanks but no thanks.

We have had the best experience with this company. A breath of fresh air after a not so good experience. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and have our home up and running.

Absolutely the best company, people, you will ever work with. I could not be happier with my complete solar system. From setting down and helping us decide which system was best for us, working out the best possible price they were excellent. Installation went smoothly and efficiently. Even made several return trips to ensure we were happy.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Lebanon is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
