Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Missouri. Across Missouri, 57 of the 114 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 23 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

JESS CO worked with Community Bible Church from first concept drawings and information, all the way through to final construction, power generation, then all paperwork with State and Federal authorities for rebates we were authorized. The personal "hands-on" support through the entire project was superb and appreciated. Passing on their info to others who ask about solar projects. Well done!

JessCo did a complete install for us of 57 panels. The process was seamless and dealing with Todd was a professional pleasure. No high pressure and no shady representations. Just information freely shared and professionally explained. (I live in an area impacted by the recent hailstorm. The array came through with flying colors and I had expected it to be totally destroyed.)

They share what you need to do to get soar started. They were hones, fair and delivery was right on schedule. After the sale they followed up with an inspection after a storm to see if we had any damage. Great service and follow up.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“his company installed my Solar system over 2 years ago and it has been perfect since Day…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Lebanon is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
