The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 11 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Terrible company stay clear . Was told by their sales rep about tax rebates and what they said was untrue. They said no matter who we put it under we would get 100% of our tax credit but that wasn’t the case. He tried to sell me on my air bnb but glad he didn’t because I wouldn’t have gotten any tax credits. They built my system too small for my house and I still have very high bills in the summer about $300-350 and even some bills during the down time winter etc. Now I’m told there is nothing they can do just add on more panels and my bill will now be close to $400 a month for panels. I had the opportunity to be their agent in Miami, Florida, and the experience was terrible. The installer that Titan Solar Power represents is slow with the permitting and installation processes. And those of us agents who started with EZ Solar Energy were left looking bad in front of clients, and on top of that, they still owe us commissions. They used us to bring in clients and then abandoned us without support and leaving us in debt. Titan Solar Power, for its part, doesn't respond to complaints. I'm alerting agents and potential clients. Thank you.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. El Mirage is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
