Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in West Palm Beach. Across Florida, 371 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 6 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Unbeknownst to me the company that installed my solar panels in 2016 went out of business. Fortunately I found Justin at Fix My Solar. He was able to diagnose the problem with my system and had it repaired in a couple of days after I contacted him. Once he got the system up he told me my panels were very dirty and if I had them cleaned. They were cleaned a few days later. I know it's hard to tell with the vagarities of the production over a few days but I am averaging at least 10% more KWH if not 15%

When you discover that your roof is leaking and the damage is spreading inside your home getting it fixed both properly and in a timely manner is essential. Not only did Fix My Solar remove and then return my solar panels almost immediately, but they recommended the roofer that ultimately made the necessary repairs and saved our home from even greater damage. As a web developer I found Fix My Solar because of their web presence and positive reviews... which I can now gratefully say are totally justified. Furthermore, they document all their work in a professional and effective manner. If you e

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“diagnosed, repaired, and replaced. Warranty claim processing included. Inverter…”

Its website also mentions insured, licensed and licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
