Its one and two star share is 22 points above the typical installer in American Fork. Across Utah, 30 of the 167 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 36 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in American Fork whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. FLEX PWR is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Your sales reps need some training. Evan Thomason came to my door, I said I'm not interested, thank you, and closed the door. He then called me some not so nice names, whicj were caught on camera and then kicked over my solar light. Disgraceful and very appauled.

Door to door salesman with no soliciting permit as required by township. Ignored My NO SOLICITORS SIGN. Website that claims 2300+ installs but only 24 Google reviews? Website registered last year. Website registration info hidden. Only contact number is an out of state cell phone with generic voice mail prompt - unprofessional. Too many red flags.

This company is a sham. I just spoke with a police officer who has dealt with them many times. Dennis came to our door, illegally said he was with our power provider. The conversation didn't go well as we were not interested. The guy called us several racial words and further derogatory comments. The police are working on a case as they have had many instances involving them.

Working with Flex PWR has been a much smoother process than I ever could’ve imagined. When we decided to go solar, everyone who helped us through the process were extremely understanding and kind. This organization has some wonderful people!

Provided amazing support and quick installs for my brother! Very happy with the work completed.

Hands down the best solar companies out there! The process has been great, working with Juan & Brian made me realize that there's people who actually care about others.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • Google also lists this company under pest control.
  • It posts on Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
