    Got my panels installed in November 2023. When the panels were installed I was informed that they would need to be removed at another time because there were 4 panels that weren't responding to their test. Received an email on 12/6/2023 and that was the last email communication. Payments for the system start today and I haven't heard a peep. I call all the phone numbers and I am sent to voicemail without the ability to speak to anyone. I've emailed and gotten no response. This is beyond ridiculous!

    Terrible. My solar system has been installed for over a year, and is still not operational. I have been unable to get in contact with them since December of last year (so almost 4 months now). They had been reimbursing me for my loan payments, but that has stopped as well. I am now paying money for a system that does not work and have not been able to contact them in any way, shape, or form. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON. Literally just get a massive wad of cash from your bank and flush it down the toilet instead. It will be quicker and easier than working with them, and the result wi

    I contacted this company last winter to determine if solar panels would be viable and productive at our property despite some shading. Their team did an assessment of the site and sent us a proposal that detailed what our annual / monthly solar energy production would be if we had the system they recommended installed. We were apprehensive and asked what kind of assurances or guarantees came with their predictions. They informed us on multiple occasions that their projections were guaranteed within a 5% margin for error. They stated that if our production fell below 5% of what they had project
