Freedom Forever.

Each mark is one company we hold in the American Fork area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Freedom Forever. is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration with the service we have received regarding our solar panel system.Since the installation of the panels, the system has not worked properly and has failed to provide the energy savings that were promised to us. Instead of reducing our electricity costs, we continue to receive very high electric bills. Because of this situation, since last year my family has been forced to enroll in an electric savings/payment assistance plan, paying approximately $70 to $80 every month just to manage our electricity bills while still paying for

There guys went bankrupt the day (April 15) I was supposed to get my replacement battery installed because the original died in November. Sounds about right for this horrible company. Install and getting approved was a nightmare in 2021-2022. They ignored my battery when it died and resolved my customer support ticket multiple times without actually doing anything. Makes sense they went under.

The customer service is just so, so bad. I would have gladly paid more for solar to have decent customer service. Would highly recommend a different company if you're considering buying solar.

I am so frustrated with this company!! DO NOT trust this company. I had a huge solar system installed on my nearly 9000 sq ft home. Within a few months one of their representatives came to my door and said the system was only producing about half of what it was supposed to and said they needed to correct the problem. It turns out they only installed one inverter when my salesman told me I would be getting two. After 5 months of working with them, I still don’t have the second inverter and cannot utilize the production capability of my solar panels. The regional manager periodically tries to ap

So far I have had a mixed experience with freedom. The sales process was good and quick, they moved through permits quickly, but now it’s been almost a month since I first tried to schedule an installation and they keep canceling and rescheduling the install date. I will update this if they get it installed Update: they got it installed today will update once everything is complete everything is complete now, updated rating

Kevin Wilson was truly wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. He is so knowledgeable and was very communicative every step of the way. I’m glad we chose to work with him and Boundless and to have the backing of Freedom Forever for our solar project.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

“– on TOP of your system’s standard warranty! If your system produces less power…”

Its website also mentions licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
