    Feels like a scam. 6 months in paying double bills. We had solar panels installed in the fall. We feel like we were not given a solid explanation as to billing with duke. We are basically paying double what we would if we did not have panels. We are so stressed and unhappy. Install went fine but everything else was slow and required us to contact the company many times. It is summer and it is SUNNY how are we not producing enough to even cover our electricity. Not to mention we should be making overage to cover months we produce less. This is how the salesman Steele DuBrul presented this to us

    One of your agents knocked on my door today. Today. As in July 4, 2026 today, our 250th Independence Day, a day when the last thing I expected I'd be doing is telling a 19-year-old kid I'd never seen before that he ought to be ashamed of himself, and angrily ordering him to literally get off my lawn. I told him to quit and go home, that today was ABSOLUTELY not a workday, and that he'd better not go bothering any of my neighbors.     The team of Drew and Cash presented a very thorough analysis of the company. They were very courteous,and friendly. They answered all my questions and concerns. Two very nice young men. The company should be proud and their families.
