    We are not customers, and based on my wife’s experience with the salesperson going door to door, we never will be. He was insistent that he see our power bills. Even when he was told no, he wouldn’t leave. Then he tried scaring her, slowly approaching the door, saying she’d have to spend $10k for a generator in the next storm if she didn’t get the panels. Then he asked if she lived alone. What in the world does that have to do with solar panels? NOT acceptable, Ion. NOT acceptable. If we were ever thinking about being customers, it wouldn’t happen.

    Still a not so great solar company they only warranty the panels 25yrs but not their install or service. Pretty sad that only 2yrs if that and no notification of checking anything in between times to make sure your place is still working properly. Recommend do your research and be careful on and when to get solar panels it not all what it's cracked up to be. Pretty dang frustrating and Recommend someone else. Not satisfied at all. The tax breaks dont do what you think. Be careful with this company they will screw you over. Line and sinker, be careful on your payments they will suck you in. So
