Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Lehi. Across Utah, 66 of the 167 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 675 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I need to repair my roof because of storm damage . Called LGCY to have them remove solar panels they said they would do it and I filled out the paperwork they requested. After a month they still have not come out to removed them. I have called many times to ask what is going on and all a got was that thif ey would get back to me. Now when i call them i waited an hour each time and no one picked up. Even my contractor has dried to call them and no response. In the meantime I have a leaking roof. If we don't hear from them by the end of this week we will have to get another company to remove the

This is nothing but a scam! Do not place solar panels on your roof. Our roof was damaged and we've had a leak for almost a year. Now dealing with insurance companies. It's a joke.

The installers were nice enough but they didn’t respect my house or property. They left a ton of trash everywhere and what looks like a pee bottle in my front yard…the work looks good though I guess

Install crew were really nice and quick. They did leave some parts, didn’t clean everything up, and left some of the original wiring unconnected. First photo is a solar panel on a pallet. Second photo is a coax cable box unconnected to the house. Every other part of the install and pre install process was great.

The company arrived on time, informed me of their progress as work was being completed and were very thorough!

The installation went smooth. They were here first thing in the morning. Very efficient. Friendly and kind. When they left , you wouldn't have known they were here. They're clean up was excellent! We greatly appreciate the work of these gentlemen who installed the solar panels.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“I Do? Solar production isn’t always guaranteed so there will be some months that are…”

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
