    Our experience with Action Solar has been awful. Their customer service and communication has been nothing short of unprofessional. Our solar project was suppose to take 3-4 months, instead it took 13 months. Our communication with Action Solar has been through their sub-contractors in Northern California and Action Solar would contact us from a phone number in San Diego. No one was available to walk us through the installation and activation of our system. We received occasional phone calls from staff of Action Solar to establish appointment times and dates for their sub-contractors to come t

    Action Solar was amazing and responsive, right up until they weren't. They charged a premium price but spec'd an inferior system, specifically the micro inverters. The manufacturer (I now know) is aware of the problems they have been having with the inverters and they continue to provide free replacements, but Action Solar has decided (after two years of regular failures and replacements) that they will no longer honor their warranty and now want to charge for every technician trip to replace these faulty inverters.     Great experience until the project was actually done all the sudden they couldn’t care less it’s like they got payed and can’t get payed anymore so now it doesn’t matter.

    Had a great experience with all the crew who worked at my ESS site in Vero - they were all respectful of the property. Left it clean after each visit work completed, they always stopped in and shared info onwhat they were doing, ect. Over all great install experience!
