Its one and two star share is 3 points above the typical installer in Lehi. Across Utah, 58 of the 167 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 28 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Lehi whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Nusun Power is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I signed my contract with Abraham Brown based on his promise to provide an additional external battery for my existing solar system. That promise is what won my business. However, the moment the contract was signed, he completely disappeared. Despite multiple texts and phone calls over several weeks, I could not get a single response from him. Out of frustration, I reached out directly to his main office to report his disappearance — only to discover that he had never even communicated with his own office about ordering my extra battery. He made a promise to close the deal and never followed t

We signed up for solar through your salesman, Kale Beckett. Super disappointed in his lack of character. Promising a gift card that was never received. No call backs. At this time it’s the principle of the deception. Do the right thing Nusun Power. Hold your salesman accountable.

Their door to door sales representative rang my doorbell after 7:00 PM on a weeknight. After politely telling him that I wasn't interested he continued to aggressively try to sell me on their solution (while reassuring me he wasn't selling …

Louis was amazing and took the time to properly explain everything. My old solar company didn’t do anything like this! I am looking forward to the installation! -sanfranciscoalan

Thor was very respectful. He communicated with clear intentions of helping me and my family. The experience was amazing and I’m so glad to have solar on my home. It was completely funded and I pay less than I do with PGE and it’s a fixed cost. Same price of payment every month!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
