  Regional manager Tyler is very argumentative and frankly rude. How do you expect to get customers when you can’t answer basic questions?

  The solar system they installed only produces ONE THIRD of the energy they spec'd it out to produce, leaving me with a higher total energy bill than I had without it. I've gone back and forth with their support so many times with absolutely no help. They've offered to charge me $565 just to inspect my system - absurd. The owner's response below is a pointless facade, they wont do anything. System never worked, and will never get fixed without paying AGAIN for a completely new installation. GO ANYWHERE ELSE for Solar.

  Honestly horrible. Solar was down for an entire year and when they finally fixed it and offered a pittance for reimbursement. Go with another solar company.

  Vivint solar is a rapidly changing company in policy and team members. The way they do business is adaptable and with a range of packages, a solar plan is within anyone's price range.

  I have no problem with the Sunrun solar system and I am very pleased with the outcome. My expectations have been very high and the Sunrun installation crew and the staff team led by Juan Carlos Garcia were very capable .
