    I was a customer of Lumio before Zeo acquired them and my electric bill had gotten down to 90 dollars with 22 panels, they offered to add 11 more panels and guarantee a 98 dollar a month electric bill consistently, the entire system has been off for 3 months now while they await some kind of approval and my electric bill has gone up to 600 dollars for a month. The customer service at this place is horrible. The only resolution I keep hearing is they will reimburse after approval but until they get it working I am stuck with an outrageous bill for electric. I guess my next step, after 3 months
