    My original salesman, Anderson, promised that they would cover my last FPL bills of over $500, but they never delivered on that promise. It has been a nightmare going back and forth between Freedom Forever and the billing company Good leap. They won't communicate with each other and I've had a very hard time in dealing with any issues I've had. I’m also paying way more that I was told I would be paying. My solar production hasn't covering my consumption over the first month of service. And now I'm going to have to deal with this nightmare for the next 20 years!

    Very bad, it's been 3 months for an irrigation pump replacement and there's no deadline, and if I don't ask, nobody informs me. The person who sold it to me seems like it doesn't exist.

    Terrible company I do not recommend. Just like the other reviews state, they sell you some lies to get you to sign up with them but once you do, they forget about you and you can’t even get into contact with anyone. They kept delaying putting my panels on and once they did, they said they were gonna contact my electric company and I’d be good to go. It’s been 3 months with useless panels on my house and I can’t get into contact with anyone from freedom forever and the panels aren’t being used. I’m still paying my normal electric bill because they never contacted my company to start using the p

    I had a great experience.. I believe the crew name was Arcona. They came right on time, friendly, respectful, and polite. I was very impressed with the efficiency and timeframe they worked in.
