Its one and two star share is 8 points above the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 188 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.
The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 79 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Unfortunately, I Signed up for Solar With a different company and this company came to my door, acting as if they were to help, and make sure I got a good deal and try to undercut the other company, they may have given me a better price sure but after canceling my other contract and getting me locked into theirs, the customer service was horrible, and now there’s apparently a loan on my house and lean on my house and I don’t even have the panels installed yet, going through legalities now this has been a headache at this point I wish I would’ve never once, but my biggest regret has got to be c

I would not recommend them at all, multiple problems and multiple failures

While the technical work is excellent, the lack of communication within Freedom Forever and with customers is below par. The latest is that the Interconnection Department is questioning whether an inspection approval by the Village of Beverly Hills pursuant to Freedom Forever's permit application was for the solar installation. Just how stupid is that request?

I called up very frustrated with the service that I've been getting. But my customer service helper got everything straightened out and set up so I appreciate that

Luis was very kind and helpful. He figured out and explained why I wasn't producing solar power yet. Thank you luis!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.
What the company says about itself
Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.
Warranty
“– on TOP of your system’s standard warranty! If your system produces less power…”
Its website also mentions licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.
Elsewhere
- It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
- It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
