The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 24 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I agree installation was great! But solar panels are a joke please don’t get them, it’s all a scam! Go with your gut instincts why no documents when they are selling you the panels no business cards. Listen to your gut don’t get them please.

My panels have underproduced from what was agreed in the contract ever since Ive had them. Ive gotten zero help and paid more for solar than I would've just paying my normal electric. Terrible service

These people will scam you just like Lumio did, and they'll even claim Lumio went bankrupt because of fraud, saying they're the same. They promise you a reward for installing their panels, forcing you to lie to the bank—in our case, it was Goodleap. When we applied, the bank asked if they had offered us money, and we said yes, so our application was rejected. Then, the Freedom Forever agent told us we had to lie to the bank again, saying they weren't offering us this check, but that they would give us a check for the value of the first year's electricity with the panels—all lies.

Shawn and Thomas! What an outstanding pair of Electricians 👍🏻 Making our new Freedom Forever system whole :) installed monitoring generation and usage sensors on new system that were exactly what we wanted to watch our sun give us free …

We had the pleasure of having Larry Dozier come out and get our Main Electric Panel upgraded and all electrical/solar equipment wired up and running perfectly. He did a wonderful job and it passed inspection with praise from the City Code Enforcement Inspector. Larry told us step by step what he was doing and answered all of our questions we had. Larry is the best Electrician/Solar Technician this city has seen so far. Also I want to give a big shout out to the installation team Andrew Watkins and his crew for getting the solar panels installed on 1/8/24 they were quick and professional. Great

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“– on TOP of your system’s standard warranty! If your system produces less power…”

Its website also mentions licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
