    I was again reminded today by how much I dislike this company. The electricity went out and the battery packs installed by Gardner still do not work. And still, nobody has tried to contact me to help figure out why their equipment won’t work. Don’t hire these people. You will regret it. Here is my review from last year: I hired Gardner to install a costly array of solar panels. The energy output of the panels is significantly less than what was promised, and my energy bills are still very high. Additionally, they installed a Tesla battery pack to maximize energy storage for use at night and du

    Unprofessional and inconsiderate. I've been calling for months and can't ever seem to get anyone to answer the phone from any of their departments, and they won't return my calls or respond to emails. This company doesn't deserve my business, so I'll spend my money elsewhere.

    The customer service appears to be non-responsive. Despite numerous calls, there has been no answer. I've also made multiple online requests, ranging from addressing a communication error to requesting a sales representative for additional panels, but to no avail. I regularly check both my inbox and spam folder in anticipation of a reply. I'm beginning to suspect that the company may have ceased operations but neglected to deactivate their website.

    Austin, Domi, and Lance were very pleasant, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner.

    Gardner Energy installed my solar I think in 2019. It was great for several years. Since that time I have sent numerous referrals to Derek, the salesman. The first several years, our bills were $10.55 per month, and that was with 2 electric vehicles! A couple of years ago, I noticed the bills jumped back to pricing. Gardner Energy was sold a while back. So it took a while to get out to my home. The service technician, Willie was fantastic. Professional work, knowledgeable, responsive… Willie is great! My system has a new inverter and is producing like new. Thanks guys!
