    I've been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks regarding my inverters that were order. AP systems claims that Grid still has 2 that were never installed i can't get a return call for nothing and very very minimal text response

    *** BUYER BEWARE *** I'm shocked and appalled GRID LLC had the audacity to withhold part of my down payment ($37K) after missing the 2024 tax incentive deadline and consistently ignoring numerous documented emails and texts. Do NOT give this company a dime. *** BUYER BEWARE ***

    Been ghosted by 2 solar installers since my solar panels have been installed. Sub par work from both anyway. Had a micro inverter that needed replaced on my system. Reached out to multiple preferred solar installers in my area. Kate reached out to us quickly and communication was great! Very professional and knew exactly what we needed. Had a crew out as soon as new micro inverter arrived and they not only did the replacement but did an inspection, fixed loose brackets, and mapped my solar plot correctly in my Enphase app! Can’t say enough good things about my experience. Will solely be using

    Grid Solar Team is top-notch. They were able to come in and save my system after the install FROM ANOTHER COMPANY went so poorly. They knew how to troubleshoot my issues, they knew how to fix said issues, and were absolutely fantastic about helping me understand and learn what is needed for my panel array. Kind, courteous, and timely in scheduling as well as in/on my home. The entire team is incredibly respectful and took my input from past experiences and helped me get back up producing. I'm very grateful that they are in this area and should I need more issue correction (praying I don't), th

    My Solar log stopped reporting to SRECTrade when 3G ceased. I contacted the representative from the company which originally installed the system. I was told that Excel had been sold twice since I had purchased the system, and he didn’t know who to contact about updating my Solar log. After searching for solutions to my problem, I finally found GRID Solar. They came out in February and installed a new solar log. However, SRECTrade still was not receiving information. I contacted Jason and Kate and they immediately investigated the situation. It turned out that the system was operating correctl
