    Very unreliable after sales service! Keeps promising to fix roof leaks but never show up!

    My HNU Energy solar battery backup seemlessly shifts to battery during blackouts of which we had three in the last month. On each occasion I did not even know there was a blackout until an alert from Spectrum. Better yet, once the sun rose, my solar panels took over powering our house and, at the same, backing up my battery. The battery, at most, dropped to 80% before being backed up by the sun. No gas-powered generator provides these benefits. My Franklin app also allows me to monitor my system - the grid, solar, and battery (see photo). Thank you HNU Energy for such a powerful battery backup

    I am a serial HNU Energy customer. In 2014, HNU installed 90 solar PV panels at my residence on Maui's North Shore. HNU used an innovative auger-based ground mount system, which they custom-engineered on site to suit my specific soil conditions. In 2021, HNU re-powered my solar PV system to increase efficiencies and better accommodate our 2 electric vehicles. In 2023, HNU designed and installed a remote electricity metering system in a rental property, enabling me to accurately invoice each tenant for their electric consumption.     The Company HNU Energy is like NO OTHER Solar Company. They are Scientist, Inventors, Engineering locally owned eco-friendly on Maui in Kahului for over 18 years. Their main focus on Quality Installations with Lasting Customer Satisfaction. Not like these other companies that are here today and done tomorrow. Since our Lahaina Wildfire on 8/8/23 three solar companies have gone under here on Maui. Mainland solar companies come and go and where are they after they install our peoples solar project. HNU Energy has over 30 Patents to their name. They work for the Military on our Haleakala Observat
