Its one and two star share is 60 points above the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 11 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 21 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

  • 1★ · around July 2026

Never lowered my bill lied about my monthly FPL bill took weeks to install I regret opening the door

  • 1★ · around June 2026

2 young kids came at 9 pm stating they worked with fpl. I have a no soliciting sign on my front door being held up by a 3 point pier gaff. I wouldnt trust this company with their sales tactics.

  • 1★ · around May 2026

Extremely unprofessional. Supposed salesman disrespected the no soliciting sign and refused to leave after he was told he is trespassing. And verbally abused me and had to be chased off the property. Police were called and a complaint was filed. He actually returned 2 days later. Had to call the police again. Also neighbor has video of him looking in their front window

We usually don’t write reviews, but this one felt deserved. Working with Lincoln and Dylan from HomeX was honestly a really good experience. They didn’t come off pushy at all, which we appreciated. Everything moved along smoothly, and there were no surprises.

  • 5★ · around May 2026

Great staff and great culture. Everything about HomeX feels pure!

  • 5★ · around October 2025

Rodrigo Cassio, Rodrigo Pereira, and Vitor worked hard in the rain installing our solar panels. Very friendly, professional, and hard workers. I recommend this group of installers.

Reviewer names are not published here. Negative reviews are shown first because they are the ones a listing hides, not because they are more representative.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“homes powered 25-yr performance warranty 4.9★ 200+ Google reviews Scroll…”

Its website also mentions financing, free estimate, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
