    We used Jay and independent solar as a subcontractor for one of our projects in Wisconsin and went terribly. Months of delays without response, inspector never heard back from him and we had to take over communication, did half the work required, wasn’t responding to the utility and never paid the utility even though we paid him, been 3 months of sitting without any communication. Was supposed to be finished project over a month ago and been silence since. Would recommend customers and sales reps/organizations stay away.

    Bad communication and doesn't provide service. I bought a house with a solar system that had a problem. I had no idea who installed it. I called this company to come fix the problem, which was just a quick software thing, and they were supposed to get me the ability to monitor my system better instead of figuring out there was a problem after months of high electricity bills. They never did. I've asked them about it 3 times in the last 4 months, and I get nothing.

    After installation, follow-up was none, and when issues arose, the responsiveness was not what we had expected. The cost savings they promised have not materialized as projected, leaving us questioning whether the investment was truly worth it.

    What a great experience we had with Jay and Mike! I'm so happy we decided to go with a local solar company! Jay was able to answer all of my questions and the solar system looks good!

    Quality, fast, reliable Called on Sunday to have a trenching job done, no rush. Got a call Monday morning it was completed!!!! 10 out of 10 recommend

    Jay and his crew were very professional throughout the entire process. They kept me apprised of what was going on at all times. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, they were quick to respond. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to go solar!
