Its one and two star share is 2 points above the typical installer in California. Across California, 689 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 5 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Can’t say enough about this place! The word is out on their excellence, so they are busy, but they still made me feel like I was their most important customer. Went in to see them about an inverter install on our class c rv because the are listed as a certified Victron installer (and also because I was not impressed with the customer service at the big R V place). Right away they did an evaluation with us and came up with a plan that would never have occurred to me. The install is flawless perfection and the system works so well. They found a few (shocking) workmanship issues from the factory

Dave at Infinite RV helped me with a complete Victron system install on a trailer. The system has worked flawlessly! I have a second trailer which was purchased back East with a solar system already installed. Since I am on the West coast I was unable to reach any East coast customer service. Dave at Infinite RV stepped in and helped me debug the system and get it up and running in no time. This was a system he had no significant knowledge of. However, he selflessly took the time to help me and resolved my issues! Thank you Dave and Infinite RV. I will definitely use them for my next solar pro

Live changing!! The ONLY tech out of the three I’d tried before who could figure out what was causing the inverter in my Ram Promaster custom build to alarm when I turned my water heater on. Super knowledgeable and an absolute gem of a human being both father and son! They took the time to explain to me what changes they made and made sure I felt 100% safe with the knowledge that the fixes would stick when I took off by testing my water heater multiple times. 10/10 would recommend this place over anyone else in SoCal for your off-grid solar and electrical R.V. needs. Will be back for any futur

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
