Infinity Solar USA

Each mark is one company we hold in Medford whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Infinity Solar USA is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Their sales men ignored no soliciting sign. Roped me into having them come up with a design, now they want to try and charge me some sort of cancelation fee because the power companies transformer can't actually support their design. Total scam, don't fall for it!

I believe Infinity Solar USA is running a scam. We had a young lady come to our door asking if we were interested in solar. I think solar is a good idea in general, so I said yes to meeting with someone to discuss it. The following week on 2/18 an Infinity Solar representative came to our house and was very unprofessional. When I got home my husband told me he had come to the door and then said he was going to “take a look at the roof” but instead wandered around on our driveway talking on his phone. He also asked for a glass of water and asked to use our bathroom, which felt weird. He went th

Spend more money, power bill went up and then wires were left down took 5 months from start to finish.

Overall the process to get the panels was simple. I did not need a new roof. I started the process near the end of May. Panels were in place end of July. Some adjustments were made to the plan and needed new signatures which held up the install a few weeks as documents were not sent to me. Install went smoothly, but some of the pieces of the aluminum mounts that were cut off were left in my yard and on my porch roof. I trust that the amount of panels installed will be enough to power the home. Waiting on the power company to flip the switch.

We had s problem with 2 of 37 panel . They showed 0 watts on the home page. infinity had a tech come out and he had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. A bad inverter. Excellent job.

They did a great job. On time friendly. My only complaint is they tracked isolation from the attic all over the house and walkway and left it. I paid cash for my system. Saved a bundle.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Financing

“your property value. Do you offer financing options for solar installation? Yes, Infinity…”

• Insured

“Infinity Solar USA, we are certified, insured, and trained in the latest solar…”

• Licensed

“by advanced technology and a team of licensed professionals. We understand that…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on GuildQuality. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.

• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
