Its one and two star share is 22 points above the typical installer in Medford. Across Oregon, 9 of the 106 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 26 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in Medford, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★25%

Each mark is one company we hold in Medford whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. SunPower® is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Under no circumstances should anyone trust this company. They will hire a 3rd party contractor that will leave your home with damages that they refuse to acknowledge was caused by their cruddy craftsmanship. We have a flat roof home and they had cut corners in the installation of our roof and have left severe structural damage to our home. We have had a case open with them for 2 years now until they denied our damage claim. Again, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOUR HOME TO ROT.

Door to door salespeople, pretending to work for the power company. SunPower is a garbage company. If you are looking for reputable solar call Alternative Energy Solutions or TrueSouth Solar.

Had one of your sales representative by my house was very vague and misleading. Did not indicate what the cost was just my payment a month comparing it to Pacific power bill.

Hi systems installed by the Medford crew for blue Raven solar. I just want to say they were courteous, they did an outstanding job. The work is clean and they cleaned everything up before they left. And all this was done in effectively half a day. So just wanna say thanks guys

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
