    Installation was good and Lance was great, however Mason did not do a good job of follow up after the sale.

    After an appointment with True South Solar, I was given 3 options for pricing and number of solar panels. When I emailed and called them repeatedly about my decision to go with the lowest priced option, they refused to respond to my emails and phone calls. It appears they were not going to get enough profit from me to make it worth their while to be considerate enough to respond. Very disappointing customer service.

    The sales team was easy to work with and the installation crew was excellent. However, our final cost was $5000 more than anticipated because the Oregon Department of Energy incentive was denied because of a late filing. I believe this was due to poor communication with myself and among the staff. That was a major financial hit for us as we are retired and living on Social Security, and it also makes a huge difference in the payback time for the system. Be leary of offers made and make sure everyone is telling you the same thing. Paul

    The team at True South Solar was efflcient and clean and a pleasure to work with. They kept me informed of every step of the process and installed a Tesla battery that that what just what we asked.

    Did a nice job of installing our panels and Franklin batteries. Last months power bill was $17.77.

    True South installed the solar unit on our roof and we could not be happier. The Staff and technicians were excellent, and the job was done in a very efficient manner. We are grateful to be using the sun as our energy source!
