  Called in for details on what panels might be readily available in the store for purchase. The lady who answered was super rude and short with me and didn’t like that I was unsure what exact panel size I wanted. I’m happy to take my business elsewhere

  There is an extremely rude, angry, abusive person running this store. It has nothing to do with the "specialty products", it is the person that is servicing this store. Many people know what they need and they do not need to be abused when they are trying to buy a product from your business. If you are the owner, I would fire that person immediately. I will make sure to get my parts over the internet anywhere else but from this store. NEVER go here!

  I have never been treated worse that I can remember then being here. It was as if they felt like they had a monopoly and didn’t need my business. The lady I spoke with and ultimately met was more concerned about closing the store was not only frustrated at my questions i.assume because I’m a hobbyist. I base that on the fact that she said I have to go I’m dealing with people buying 10 panels. The other two gentleman their seemed shocked at her behavior. I’d rather wait for product from Amazon they go back here. 3/12/2021

  I cannot say enough good things about Mark and the rest of the team. Very helpful whether you're buying one panel or 20. The whole team is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with.
