  We used their website to book a free consultation and got a confirmation email, and a follow up reminder. 20 minutes after the appointment time had started, no show. We reached out to see why they were running late and we were told "we’re no longer scheduling consultations or providing quotes for residential installations." Why book the consultation? Why not cancel it ahead of time? Leaving us sitting around waiting for them to never show up.

  We have discovered that we were taken advantage of by both Palmetto Lightreach and Kaizan Solar. We signed a solar contract through Kaizan Solar with financing connected to Palmetto Lightreach. After the contract was signed, we were informed that an additional $10,000 in “required upgrades” would be needed out of pocket in order to complete the project—something that was not clearly disclosed upfront. When we informed them that we no longer wished to proceed, we began receiving threatening texts and emails from Bryant Martin, CEO of Kaizan Solar. I am disabled, and my elderly mother-in-law was

  This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was sold on a timeline that was completely ignored, and once they got my money, the company basically ghosted me. I’ve spent months trying to get someone—anyone—to return my calls, and it’s like they’ve vanished into thin air. To add insult to injury, they dangled a referral program in front of me, I actually sent them two referrals, and they never even acknowledged it. It’s beyond frustrating and feels like a complete bait-and-switch. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this company.

  Kaizan Solar did a great job! When they first came out, I had some concerns. Josh took his time explained everything to us. Put my mind at ease. The panels look great. Everything went smooth, from inspection, GREAT communicate, up-to-date follow up. Josh would also call just to ask if everything is ok, do we have any questions? We were not forgotten, which is the case on some sales calls, once you sign they forget about you, but not Josh, nor the team he works with. I am happy we did this.   Had a great experience thanks to Phillip and Bryant. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. From initial consultation and all through installation they were able to answer any questions or concerns I had. Very smooth transition to solar, and I recommend anybody considering making the switch should contact them for a great experience as well.
