I had a pretty good experience with a solar installation, a couple of years ago. The engineering department had come out to look at the site, take pictures and get the necessary information. When the crew came out to install the panels on the roof, they were equipped with hardware for a wooden pole building. My building is 100% steel. What’s the point of having someone come out, and not notice the construction of the building? The crew was great, and got it sorted out with the shop. I had started the process with Tesla, to install a Powerwall 3 battery back-up, a few months later. After a coup

I got 10 solar panels through Legacy in August 2024. They did a great job, but the location of the panels seems to have been a poor choice. I added 4 solar panels through another company, and these 4 are outperforming the 10 from Legacy. I wish I would have taken more authority in reviewing where they were going to place these panels.

Summer Henderson is my sales representative for Legacy Solar and she is wonderful explaining all the details about getting solar installed. She even answered questions I had throughout the whole process. I have solar now and that’s what I have wanted since I first heard about it. Thank you summer and thank you legacy solar!!

Overall Legacy Solar was a great company to work with. Communication was excellent with our Walter Pierce our Energy Consultant. Some disappointment with the Communication with the office on the permittg process and coordination with the Ameren approval process along with the construction crew as they left without any notice or asking us if we had any questions about the panel installation. We would recommend Legacy to anyone looking fo solar.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Monticello is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
