The absolute worst project management company I have ever worked with in my life. The installers were good but everyone else is utterly incompetent. Good luck getting someone to respond to an email. You have to send about 4-5 emails to get them to apologize and then still not do anything. If you use them set up and email template that says "following up again" because you will be sending that message A LOT.

My panels were installed two years and the inverter stopped working six-seven weeks ago. First service call was completed two weeks to replace it and it's not working. The second appt was cancelled via email and I cannot get the admin or the manager on the phone. Now the next appt is in two weeks (a total of 8-9 week from the initial call) and I don't feel confident if it won't be cancelled. The panels are generating energy (which is why I got the panels) but I can't use it and I have an electric vehicle. This is frustrating because the equipment is still underneath warranty.

We do not believe it's working properly due to our 500 electric bills. And then I found out that our contract was only for 50% usage not 100% and that ticked me off. Several people have stopped and inquired about our solar company and I'm going to be honest we have advised them to not to use this company due to our dissatisfaction. With this company's track record, you will not get any help from them. They continually say they're going to come out and check to make sure everything's running correctly and then we never hear from them again. I would advise to read your contract carefully because

Had some issues, but worked through them. Update 11/12 - Danny ( the Austin area GM ) reached out and got a masonry company to do some repairs to the wall. The walls are not perfect, but it's acceptable and the system is working as it should at this point. Hopefully they can continue to improve their quality control and communications in the future, it shouldn't ever have to come to talking with the GM to get things in a good place. Original Review below: We purchased a Tesla Powerwall III through this company. The Order Process was fine and it came in fairly quick. (primary payment on 8/7) Af

In Nov-2018 I purchased 36 panels of solar energy with 10 kWh LG battery back up for my house. System continuously has produced power when sunny. There have been issues but each time without even charging me their team has been here to fix it. There have been two times fuse issues, they fixed it. Inventor was changed X 2. An automatic shut off relay for free was added to the system and last but not least my LG battery two times quit and I have got the third battery for free. I think LG didn’t know how to program their battery but finally on this third battery they put a smart program that keep

My Account Manager, Jameson Dillon, was exceptional throughout the entire solar installation process. His in-depth knowledge and clear communication made everything easy to understand, from the initial consultation to the final activation. The entire Longhorn Solar team (project coordinator Fhilecya Moore and installation team led by David) were responsive, professional, and truly went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and every detail was covered. Their outstanding service not only ensured a smooth installation but also reaffirmed that I had made the right choice. High

My panels were down. They honored my warranty without a fight, ordered what I needed, and got people out here as quick as they could considering my schedule to fix it. Jordan just left and everything is up and running.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
