The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 59 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.
Every company we hold in Plano, on one axis

It started out as a great idea. In the beginning everyone was helpful. Once they got funded and once the panels were installed everything changed. Its been several week's now and I can't use my solar panels and I can't talk to anyone. I have left several messages and I haven't received a call back. Now I am here still waiting with no response from anyone. I'm wondering if they went out of business.

Nightmare! Promises the world, tells you what you want to hear. At installation, I received a totally different system. When confronted the sales rep, his reply was the technology is changing so fast, how did I expect him to keep up with it. I was explained more by the installation people. They explained why I wasn’t getting the back up system that would carry 2 plugs during outage as promised. It took 2 months for the new designs to be approved and stamped which held up the electric company to change the meter so I could use it. I paid 2 months of both, electric bill and solar bill. I am all

4 months later and I am still paying two bills. One for my system and one for electricity. If your system get installed with no issues they are great. If their are any problems they disappear and never call you back. I regret ever dealing with this company and I would take my business els-where.

Sunlight Energy Solutions made promises when selling our system that they did not uphold. Long story short it has now been 6 months and our system is still not correct. Sunlight Energy Solutions is now refusing to contact us or take our calls & they will not make this right. I have emails, text messages, & voicemail to back everything that happened. Go through someone else! This has been a nightmare! Update: After posting the google review the company did reach out to me. Things have been worked out and our solar system is up & running.

I'm so glad I went solar! At first I was a little bit skeptical about going solar but when I found out about the solar tax credit I had to jump on it. The representative explained to me that I was paying for energy anyway. I signed up and then took It from there. Ann guided me through the whole process and kept me updated with my project. In the beginning when I first got my solar system I still paid a small electric bill. Then a couple months later I started using the system monitoring and installed the Wi-Fi thermostat that they provided me and after that I was able to keep track of my savin

This is an honest and trustworthy company that stands by its word. The entire experience has been an absolute pleasure. Initially, I saw an advertisement for free solar panels online and then got tons of phone calls from what were obviously shady sales companies that were just trying to get my money. Then I got a breath of fresh air when I spoke to Ann from solar connect. There was no high-pressure sales type of things going on. She was extremely honest and straightforward and gave me the information that I was originally looking for while I was searching Google for information about going sol

I recently had my solar panels connected to the electrical grid and I couldn't be happier with the results. The process with Solar Connect was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the help of my installer and utility company. Now, not only am I generating clean energy for my home, but I'm also able to sell any excess power back to the grid. I highly recommend going solar and working with a reputable installer to help you through the entire process.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.
What we don't know
- The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
- We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
- We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
- We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
