Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in the Plano area. Across Texas, 339 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 143 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

0% rated 1–2★15%

Each mark is one company we hold in the Plano area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. NXT LEVEL HOMES is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Thus far I have nothing good to say about this company they sold me more panels on top of what I already had because I qualified for a relief program in Texas in regard solar owners and guess what I’m still getting a high electric and have been trying to get a hold of someone from this company for 6 months now to no avail! I’d give them 0 stars if I could

I'm Bonnie Hernandez and I want to let everyone know that if you do business with this company you will never hear from them after they install the solar panel because they never answer their business phone . I have been reaching out to speak with someone but I have not been successful it's going on 4 months.

Bought solar and batteries from this company, but the backup batteries are not working, and now they are ghosting us. The batteries do not work. We have had to call (and email and text) them 20+ times before they come out. When they finally come out, they piddle around, and nothing is resolved. They all started off great when they wanted to sell you something, but as soon as you purchase it, they are pretty much done with you. Buyer Beware!

Great company to work with. The team was professional, responsive, and kept us updated with good communication throughout the process. We really appreciated their customer service and how easy they were to work with. I would definitely recommend NXT Level Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

NXT Roofing did a fabulous job installing our new roof. Not only did they replace the roof, but they had to remove and then replace a complete solar system. I recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
