Its one and two star share is 1 point above the typical installer in the Plano area. Across Texas, 320 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 44 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Plano area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Immediate Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Working with Immediate Solar Reviews / Community First Solar has been a positive experience overall. The installation process moved quickly, communication was consistent, and the team helped walk me through the CoServ DG/PTO process from start to finish. My solar system is operational and already helping reduce grid usage, and the team has continued to answer questions throughout the process regarding PTO, metering, backup power setup, and long-term system optimization. Communication has been responsive, especially when I had questions about battery configuration, utility approvals, and how th

I had an excellent experience from start to finish with immediate solar. The entire process was smooth, fast and professionally handled. The installation was seamless with careful thought and imagination to minimize the conduit on the outside of my home. The crew was professional and cleaned everything before they left. We also will be receiving extra battery storage and the team did a great job explaining and installing. If you are looking for a solar company that delivers quality work and products with a hassle free process, I highly recommend Immediate Solar.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on LinkedIn and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
