Its one and two star share is 2 points above the typical installer in Texas. Across Texas, 324 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 24 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THE LIES LIKE WE DID. Do yourself a favor and just don’t get them or at least don’t go through this awful company to get them. They came and knocked on our door and we originally said no but another salesman came back and made a bunch of promises that ended up just all being lies. We were told that if power goes out around us we would be able to still have power for 2 weeks. But we ended up having to actually add 2 batteries on and paying for it because we were lied to about that, we are paying $200 more a month on top of our original contract. and we’re still lucky if we

Satisfied with my installation, Luminate Energy repaired

Great experience from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive and got everything done much faster than I expected. Their price was also better than every other company I talked to. Rich was awesome to work with, honest, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Highly recommend!

Jaiden and team did the best service and job. Got our solar power system in smoothly and they were efficient and transparent. Thanks again.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Free estimate

“no pressure, no obligation. Get my free quote → 4.9 ★ Rated by 69 homeowners on…”

Its website also mentions warranty and 24/7 availability, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Atascocita is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
