Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Long Beach. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 65 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

100% Recommend Mad Solar Solutions! WOW! We are beyond impressed with Mad Solar Solutions! Carlos and his team did an absolutely amazing job. Our solar panels literally went from grey to BLACK. I honestly didn’t realize how dirty they were until I saw the difference! They look brand new again. But the turf cleaning might have impressed me even more. We recently purchased a home where the previous owners had big dogs, and unfortunately, the turf came with some pretty serious dog potty odors. We weren’t sure they would ever completely go away... but THE SMELL IS GONE! The turf looks and smells a

Excellent service from Carlos at MAD Solar & Gutter Cleaning Long Beach! Carlos was fast, efficient, and very thorough. He even arrived early and started right away. He finished cleaning my solar panels while I was at the gym—talk about getting the job done! 😄 Carlos explained everything he did and provided before-and-after photos, which I really appreciated. Very professional, friendly, and thorough. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be using Carlos again for my future solar and gutter cleaning needs!

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Long Beach is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
