    I would give a zero-star rating if possible. Extremely upset and very disappointed with Better Earth Solar (betterearth.solar) and Patrick Butler. They went from being great - I highly recommended them to all and then my main point of contact left the company. It has been a nightmare ever since my system went completely down from June 5, 2025, until the end of October 2025 because of a bad inverter. I never received any notification from Better Earth nor Solar Edge that my system wasn't producing anything - for 5 months! Then SoCal Edison sent me a bill for over $3,000. I called Better Earth i

    Please beware. The rep that came to my home from Better Earth Solar showed me what was allegedly my electric bill and said that there is a “special government program” in California that covers the installation of the solar panels at no charge to the buyer. He showed me a blurb at the bottom of the bill that was allegedly the “special program” that people on SCE pay for. There is no special program. And they don’t have access to your electric bill from the electric company. I thought it was the truth because my bills are in fact higher in the summer months and because my name has always been s
