Its one and two star share is 13 points above the typical installer in California. Across California, 332 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 7 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What an emotional rescue Vevina has accomplished for the last month and a half. In early October, I was in a panic. My $4000.00 Mango power e had no output and no and no display screen, despite charging. Vevina immediately responded, sending a FedEx truck and prepaid postage label to return and repair the unit. A replacement arrived 3 weeks later. When I hooked up the refurbished unit, it would not connect with the Mango app and, after initially charging, flashed fault messages with no code to diagnose what was wrong. Chris Cashen and Vevina immediately sent another prepaid FedEx shipping labe

Exellent customer service! The agent is based in China, but didn't stop from to provide exellent service in written English until the problem was resolved. Thank you again for not letting me loose $3600 and have patience to explain how the Mango power is working. Good luck Vevina!

Service to my question was very fast and friendly. My problem was handled to my satisfaction. Vevina and the team are to be commended. As far as the product MANGO POWER E, I recommend it as a first choice. Technical support is first class to aid in choosing it.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Years in business

“6000 Cycles for battery cells, over 20 years lifespan, 2.5 times longer than…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
