Its one and two star share is 40 points above the typical installer in Illinois. Across Illinois, 12 of the 183 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 27 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

If I could give this company 0 Stars I would!!! Lets first start by Dairee Crosby entered my building illegally, to solicit his service. When asked politely to leave, he was confrontational had a real poor attitude and insisted he could do whatever he wanted. Super aggressive. Also insisted he would be back the next day and the next day after that! Now speaking to the company, this is not the way you do business!!! To any property owners that are seeing this review, I strongly suggest putting up no trespassing and no soliciting signs. And when these people come around again just call the polic

As many people said previously they came to my door illegally through our apartment building, and was soliciting to all of our neighbors saying they would get cheaper rates. In reality, all it did was lower the rate for a month then it skyrocketed higher than we’ve ever had. After that I called to cancel but they kept trying to sell me on lower rates and I had to keep saying no. Between the in person conversation I had with the solicitors and representative on the phone this seems like a straight scam.

I've had them somehow get into my building going door to door, PLUS this writing mysteriously appeared on the wall outside my door. Why are they writing on our walls now? How does management not realize that nobody wants door-to-door solicitation??? It doesn’t matter if they can really make my bill a lot cheaper - the door-to-door "strategy" is a guarantee from me that I'll never be interested now, for bothering me and vandalizing my home.

i absolutely love mowers vision with providing a sustainable future and explaining how i can be a part of the solution rather than getting my energy from a fossil fuel source

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Established

“communities in the Northeast region since 2009. At Mpower, our mission is to educate…”

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
