They are scammers! I cancelled with them in March and when i called she said there was no documentation of my call. They charged me on top of my RI Energy charging me. They took $161.00 and i paid RI Energy $132.00 I only live in a Trailor home that has 2 bedrooms and barely home so thats like saying my monthly bill was $292.00 total !! No way!! It was cheaper all the years i had only RI Energy. Also, what solar?? They lie to you saying it will only be one bill and way cheaper. SCAMMERS!!

The company reps are door to door, everything done through links on your phone, high pressure "you aren't signing up for anything, just a discount." DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY!

Thought this sounded nice to contribute to solar energy. The billing was impossible to understand what I was actually saving (if anything). The first few months got billed by both CMP and Nautilus so was double charged for energy. That finally got settled but I canceled due to putting on my own solar panels. It is now four months passed cancellation, well past the 90 days after cancellation, and I am still receiving invoices. Customer service told me they were allowed to keep billing even though I haven’t used any energy from them (I’m on solar) and they couldn’t give me a date id stop being c

I was with Nautilus Solar for 7 or so months. In July 2023, my own solar panels were installed on my roof, so I cancelled Nautilus. I paid what I thought was my final bill on Sept 5, 2023. They surprised me with another FINAL bill Sept 13, 2024, 14 months after I cancelled with them, for $142. They are not responding to my calls or emails. They had access to my checking account, so they pulled the money from my account. There is no tracking what we really used or when. Update: The woman I talked with via chat yesterday found my email and escalated it. She called back this morning to say that t

Excellent solar provider - great option for those who are interested in solar energy and saving money but don’t want the headache of purchasing and installing panels.

Never had a problem with my bill and it has saved me a considerable amount of money over the last few years. I recommend it to anyone who brings up their energy bill.

There was issues in the beginning and it took awhile for it to get sorted. Calling their phone line is the worst but I like their Live Chat option. Took a lot of mental math to make sure I was saving money cause it didn’t look like it but finally it’s working right now that I’m on ebill and autopay

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
