Its one and two star share is 15 points above the typical installer in Texas. Across Texas, 172 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 6 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Read before hiring Simple detach and reattach for roof replacement. Very hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone, teams that are on site do not speak English Reattached panels were not set back to original locations. Mount for cable was set in the middle of a valley. Junction box was not mounted to roof at all. And one of the panels were damaged during the reattached. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SOLAR NEEDS.

After calling several solar companies, many seemed more interested in selling us additional products than helping with the repair. Then we found NE Solar LLC, and that's when everything changed. Ney was fantastic from the very first phone call. Instead of assuming the inverter was the problem, he came out to troubleshoot the system first to confirm the issue before replacing anything. He arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was completed quickly, and the pricing was very fair. Ney and his crew did an amazing job and they did it fast! Great communication and explanation of system. They are as “turnkey” as it gets! (Scope: Battery addition)

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Cedar Hill is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
