  We chose NEDES because they were the lowest-priced solar quote. That turned out to be a mistake. From start to finish, communication has been poor. I was never proactively updated on project status, timelines, or delays—I always had to chase them for answers. They initially failed to submit the electrical permit with the building permit, which caused weeks of unnecessary delay. After installation, the system failed electrical inspection badly. The inspector determined that the electrical equipment was installed in a location that does not meet code due to space constraints on our townhouse. Th

  Offered better pricing; however did not do proper installation. My range started tripping the circuit breaker after installation and when I told them about this, it was dismissed. After months of trouble, I brought a certified electrician and he concluded that nothing is wrong with my range or its connection. And when he turned off the solar power, it wasn’t tripping anymore. So, I called NEDES again and told about it. Their response was “oh that happens sometimes” they came and fixed it but it was after all of my troubles.

  I highly recommend working with this company to anyone considering solar panels. Ahmad was our representative, and he was amazing - knowledgeable and patient with us while we worked through the process. Nedes’ products are superior, and their pricing is very fair and absolutely competitive.

  One of the best decisions I made, even before the alarming headlines of escalating electricity rates, was to install solar panels. I'm glad that I selected NEDES for the installation and I highly recommend them. Their customer service and technical expertise are superior. Owen Spencer quickly addressed my many questions and if he didn't have the answer, he consulted other members of the team. Everything went without hiccups, including obtaining agreement from my local utility company, and the panels were installed on time. If only my other home improvement projects went as smoothly!

  We had NEDES install our solar system with Canadian Solar (brand) panels and Hoymiles micros. The system was installed on the roof of our town home in Fair Fax county, the first for our HOA so we had to navigate a new process. The solar system has been operating for the past two months and I am happy with the way it all turned out. Owen from NEDES was our point of contact and he did a great job of keeping the project moving and keeping us informed. The installation process went well and was appropriately fast.
